The New Jersey Library for the Blind and Handicapped (NJLBH) is celebrating its 40th anniversary
at their Fall Festival on October 13, 2007.
- When: October 13, 2007, from 8:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Task: Volunteer for six hours of support at the Fall Festival.
- What: Assist by directing blind patrons throughout the event.
- Where: NJLBH located at 2300 Stuyvastant Ave. in West Trenton, NJ
Volunteers enroll by calling Ann McArthur, Director of Outreach (609-530-3258). Make your
selection for a lunch box meal. Be prompt at 8:45 a.m. to receive a briefing for the days activities. For more information,

Directions:
Take Route 95 south (towards Pennsylvania) and use Exit 2 ( Mercer County Airport). Turn right off the exit
to go south on Bear Tavern Rd to Upper Ferry Rd in West Trenton. Go straight on Grand Ave and cross
railroad tracks and continue on Sullivan Way, (-Past the main entrance to the Marie Katzenbach School for the Deaf-),
to Lower Ferry Road.
NJLBH is indicated as Red Dot on Aerial Map.
Turn left on to Lower Ferry Road. Go one block and make a right onto Stuyvesant Ave.
The Library is two and a half blocks down on the left hand side of the road. It is a one-story building set back
from the road, there is a sign out by the road for NJ Record Storage and the Library for the Blind and
Handicapped.
