Club President Lion Pat Ward is shown below on the right thanking Clare Smith, Morven Museum's Director of Programs as guest speaker for the regular dinner meeting. Ms Smith presented an informative slide show summarizing three centuries of history of the several Morven residence occupants including the New Jersey Governors. Her talk included a recent period of extensive restoration and today's mission serving as a residual muesum.

Ms. Smith discussed the photos of prominent members of the original Stockton family who owned several hundred acres at this prominent Princeton location. In this brief talk, she punctuated her remarks with pictures from the garders and interior features. She showed photos of New Jersey Govenors who lived in Morven concluding with Gov. Brendon Bryne. Photos of the home restoration were interesting and selected before and after photos bear witness to the need for the project and the handsome results. At the Club's regular meeting, Lion Pat Ward presented a token of thanks to guest speaker Nikolai Stevenson, President of the Association for Macular Diseases, Inc., described the processes and for and effects the of macular degeneration.

Mr. Stevenson delivered an interesting talk on the various forms and progression of the disease. He discussed the impacts on individuals, and strategies to cope with the limitations imposed.
