SUGGESTION FORM

The purpose of the Friends of West Windsor Senior Citizens is to raise funds to facilitate the enrichment of the lives of senior citizens of West Windsor by providing facilities, programming, equipment, materials and all other things necessary to achieve a full and active life for residents in their later years. FoWWSC is organized for these purposes by dividing the activity in three components: projects, community events, and fundraisers. A Programs Committee of volunteers evaluates and proposes programs to the Board. The Programs Committee maintains close liaison with the Director, West Windsor Senior Center. Upon board approval, a volunteer coordinator is assigned responsibility for the program activity. Board members and other volunteers assist in a variety of the tasks associated with an activity. The Senior Center will often be the site for events. It is FoWWSC obligation to restore the site to the order and state in which we found it!

Programs:
Projects-	Expend FoWWSC funds to meet a need.
Community Events-	Are sponsored by FoWWSC to enrich activities; (Ticket maybe used to defer costs).
Fundraiser Events and Drives-	Are conducted to raise money; (Some may offer a service/good in return).

Thank you for your suggestion. It will be reviewed by the FoWWSC Programs Committee for activities planned for this year. A volunteer serving on the Programs Committee may call you to get more details on the Suggestion for the Committee Review. The approximate cost, and if applicable the need for volunteer support, is very important to evaluate a proposal. Following the meeting in which the suggestions are reviewed, a volunteer will call you on the status of the suggestion. Suggestions adopted will be listed on the FoWWSC website for community review and comment.
